Soumik Mitra is a Law Clerk with the Firm.

As a Law Clerk, Soumik provides legal support to the Firm’s attorneys across its franchise, business transactions, and commercial litigation practices. He conducts legal research and prepares legal drafts, analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other authorities, and preparing legal memoranda and other legal documents. He also assists with case management, including the organization of case and matter files, and draws on artificial intelligence and other legal technologies throughout his work.

Soumik is an attorney qualified to practice in India, where he practiced for several years before coming to the United States for his LL.M. Before joining KFB, he served as a Law Clerk at Hecht Partners LLP in New York, supporting complex commercial litigation matters.
